Community Action Plan

The Community Action Plan, created by the Wilson Area Communities That Care (CTC) Coalition for 2024, is a comprehensive document that outlines the coalition’s vision, priorities, and strategies to promote healthy youth development and prevent problem behaviors in the Wilson Area School District community. The plan is based on the Communities That Care model, which focuses on identifying and addressing risk and protective factors that influence youth outcomes.
