Wilson Area LINCS Family Center Holds Giving Tuesday Fundraiser to Raise $35,000 to Combat Student Hunger

Wilson Area LINCS Family Center is holding The Warrior Challenge 35 to raise $35,000 to continue providing Warrior Bags—essential weekend meal bags for 125 food-insecure students in the Wilson Area School District.

With rising food costs, it costs at least $35,000 each year to supply over 6,500 Warrior Bags, ensuring students have access to nutritious meals over the weekend. These meals give children the fuel they need to stay focused, healthy, and ready to learn. Without the help of community donations, many of these students would face hunger when school meals aren’t available.

The Warrior Bag program has made a profound impact, but we need help to ensure this program continues to serve the children who depend on it.

Please donate to LINCS on Giving Tuesday – Tuesday, December 3rd to help us reach our $35,000 goal. Every dollar counts, and the generosity of the community can provide meals to students who need them most.
