State of the art facility with free weights, strength training machines, and over 10 cardiovascular machines.

Additional rooms and areas for stretching, yoga, and exercise classes are also available.

Education

Offering a variety of classes and forums supporting the emotional and physical well-being of the community.

This includes support for current students, adult classes, and general forums.

Community Out-Reach

Providing the Wilson area community assistance and access to critical resources including food and clothing as well as engagement with other government agencies in a secure and confidential manner.
